One of my favorite things about summer is being able to be active, and take my workouts outdoors. Here in Austin, we are fortunate enough to have access to not only great hike and bike trails, but places to paddle board, kayak and swim as well! Our mission at KUTOA is to live well, give health and empower change, and one way to do that is by incorporating exercise into your daily routine. With the weather being so warm it’s a great opportunity to head out to nature and try something new! Whether you enjoy running, walking, swimming, biking, dancing or yoga, the important thing is to get up and start moving.
