Shipping & Returns Policies


KUTOA™ reserves the right to change carriers based on the customer's best interest. If your selected shipping service is not optimal given your location, we may change it to another carrier. In such situations, we will use a comparably priced service with similar delivery time.

As the shipping party, KUTOA™ has no control over items once they are released to the carrier of choice. We are unable to specify whether or not the item is left on your doorstep; if you require signature confirmation, please select an express service. KUTOA Company LLC will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with your carrier and notify KUTOA Company LLC Immediately. 

For international customers, all applicable duties, customs, tariffs, and brokerage fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. 


For safety and health reasons, no returns of any kinds will be accepted. 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your KUTOA™ purchase, please contact us and we will make it right. Because we purchase a nutrition pack for every bar you buy, refunds will be issued as an absolute last resort, only in extenuating circumstances. 

Fraudulent chargebacks and "Friendly Fraud" will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
